Order a tax deduction card without a payroll system
If you represent an organisation or are a personal employer, you can order electronic tax deduction cards for your employees here.
- You’ll have access to the tax deduction cards within 30 minutes.
- As before, the tax deduction card will also be available in the inbox in Altinn.
- When one of your employees changes their tax deduction card, we’ll send a message using the contact information you entered in your last order. You’ll also be informed if there are any changes you need to retrieve without having to submit an order.
You can use tax deduction cards for 2024 when you run the payroll in January 2025.
Nav’s Aa Register (the State Register of Employers and Employees)
Electronic tax deduction cards are not synchronised with Nav’s Aa Register. Therefore, registration or non-registration in the Aa Register does not affect the availability of electronic tax deduction cards.
