Payment agreements for claims from NAV
Businesses and organisations can apply to pay most claims from NAV in instalments. Any insurance premiums that must be paid in full for their cover to be valid cannot be paid in instalments.

Payment agreement requirements
- The claim must not be defaulted.
- Monthly instalments must be of at least NOK 500 for claims under
NOK 18,000. - Claims under NOK 100,000 must be paid within three years.
- The monthly amount must be at least NOK 2,000 for claims between NOK 100,000 and 120,000
- Claims of NOK 100,000 or more must be paid within five years.
You may propose a monthly instalment sum above the minimum rates. We’ll consider your proposal against our requirements. You cannot appeal the payment agreement.
Keeping an insurance cover
An insurance claim must be paid in full for you to keep your insurance cover.
