In the Norwegian Tax Administration, just over 7,000 employees are working towards the same goal: to secure the financing of the welfare state.
The Tax Administration is subordinate to the Ministry of Finance and is responsible for keeping an updated National Population Register and ensuring that taxes and duties are assessed and paid correctly.
